Will Film

You must hold a valid Discord account, meet the minimum age applicable in your region, and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other policies.

Administrators are responsible for authorizing use in their server, configuring appropriate permissions, and informing members about applicable community rules.

Will Film is a technology layer for authentication, organization, and synchronization of interactive sessions. It is not a video-on-demand service, broadcaster, distributor, rental service, repository, or audiovisual content provider.

Will Film does not provide, sell, license, or claim ownership of content presented by third-party integrations, and it does not maintain its own audiovisual library or permanent storage of that content.

When an authorized integration requires technical compatibility, the infrastructure may relay, transform, and temporarily cache data or segments only for the time needed for operation and synchronization. This transient processing does not constitute permanent hosting, licensing, curation, or ownership of content.

The current version is a restricted beta and may only launch in previously allowed servers. An access request does not guarantee approval.

Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or changed without continuity guarantees. Failures, downtime, and loss of settings may occur during testing.

Authentication uses the official Discord Activity SDK and OAuth2 resources. Will Film does not request your Discord password and should never receive passwords for external providers.

You are responsible for protecting your account, not sharing tokens or credentials, and ending access if you suspect misuse. Review granted authorizations in Discord or relevant provider settings.

You may only use Will Film, addons, and connected services when you have authorization or a legal basis. You may not infringe copyright, distribute illegal content, bypass DRM or access controls, access third-party accounts, introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or harm the service or users.

An external-account integration is permitted only when it uses an official or expressly authorized method, the account has an active subscription or entitlement, and the service terms allow the integration, device, and form of use. An active subscription does not automatically authorize copying, extracting, retransmitting, embedding, or playing content outside provider-approved methods.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for moderating Activity use and may be accountable for settings, addons, and conduct allowed in their community.

Addons are optional plugins independent from Will Film. Their developers and providers are responsible for operation, content, data, licenses, availability, security, charges, and authentication. Will Film does not maintain a public directory, recommend specific addons, or request passwords for external services.

Technical compatibility does not mean legal approval, partnership, sponsorship, or warranty. Will Film may request information, apply precautionary suspension, block, or remove integrations that create risk, violate rights or policies, or harm users and third parties.

Will Film's brand, interface, and proprietary components remain the property of their respective owners. Discord, providers, titles, and addons retain their trademarks and rights. Descriptive references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Copyright, misuse, or integration reports should identify the material, addon, server or session, and approximate date. Reported integrations may be suspended during review; confirmed violations will result in blocking and may lead to suspension of the responsible user or server.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free use, compatibility with every device, addon continuity, title availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Will Film is not liable for content, actions, failures, violations, charges, credentials, downtime, or damages caused by addons, providers, users, servers, or Discord, nor for indirect losses arising from beta unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Each matter remains subject to mandatory applicable law.

User or server access may be suspended or terminated because of risk, abuse, breach, a Discord request, a legal order, or closure of the beta. These Terms may be updated as technical, legal, and operational requirements change; the date at the top identifies the current revision.

Will Film processes the data required to operate the Activity and manage access purchased through Will Pay. Support is available in the official Will Engineer server. This Policy covers Will Film, but not independent processing by Discord, addons, or connected providers.

According to scopes displayed and authorized in Discord, we may receive account identifiers, username, display name, avatar, and locale; server, channel, and instance identifiers; and information needed to recognize participants and synchronize a session.

Server authorization status, session and addon settings, support records, and technical security data such as date and time, IP address, browser, failures, and access events may also be processed when needed for abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Will Film does not request your Discord password and does not access private-message content. Information voluntarily sent through Will Pay or the official server is used to handle purchases, access, support, privacy, or reports.

Data is used to authenticate users, verify allowed servers, create and synchronize sessions, enforce permissions, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the beta.

Depending on the situation, processing relies on performing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and improvement, legal obligations, or consent where required by applicable data protection law.

When an addon is enabled, data strictly required for the connection may be sent to the selected integration or provider, with limited technical transit through Will Film infrastructure when essential. This may include item identifiers, language, region, preferences, and technical session information.

External-account authentication must use the official or expressly authorized flow of the relevant provider. Will Film does not request passwords for those services. Tokens or authorizations used by an integration remain subject to the addon's and provider's terms and privacy policies, which users must review.

Data may be shared only when necessary with Discord, hosting and security providers, user-selected addons, and competent authorities when legally required. Will Film does not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Temporary presence and synchronization data is kept for the time required by the session. When essential to the compatibility of an authorized integration, segments or technical artifacts may pass through temporary cache and are automatically removed according to the service's operational limits; they do not form a permanent library.

For security, support, moderation, and report response, we may retain limited records such as integration domain and identifier, involved user and server, session, date and time, technical failures, and review outcome. Auditing does not depend on permanent retention of the audiovisual work.

When the purpose ends, data will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted unless retention is required or allowed by law. Addons and providers define their own retention periods.

Technical and organizational measures proportionate to a beta are used, including encryption in transit, access controls, data minimization, and restricted token handling. No internet-connected system is completely invulnerable; relevant incidents will be addressed under applicable obligations.

Where applicable, you may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, restriction or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability within legal limits, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Requests can be sent through Will Pay or the official Will Engineer server. Additional information strictly necessary to verify identity may be requested to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

Will Film is not intended for people below the minimum age required by Discord or local law. Discord, infrastructure providers, and addons may process data in other countries under their own policies and legal mechanisms.

This Policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be identified on this page with a new revision date.
