No Will Pay commission
The platform does not deduct a percentage from each sale. Provider fees, taxes, and operating costs still apply where relevant.

Will Pay Academy is the recommended course for understanding the platform from first access to running a shop.
Inside the app, the course combines study material, buying and publishing examples, delivery, payments, support, and affiliates. After reading, a completion test helps check the learning. Material is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish according to the selected language.
The course is accessed through an approved purchase inside Will Pay. Open the Activity, find Will Pay Academy, and choose a language before starting.

Premium price, duration, limits, and conditions appear in the app before purchase. Shop promotion is purchased separately and marked Promoted.

Will Pay provides the infrastructure. The shop is responsible for publishing only what it can sell and for fulfilling the displayed offer.

- Do not offer fraud, malware, stolen credentials, piracy, misleading products, or illegal content.
- Explain cancellation, refunds, requirements, limits, and affiliate conditions before purchase.

Terms of use
These conditions explain how buyers, shops, and affiliates use Will Pay. Each offer must present its own conditions before purchase. This text is an operational public baseline and should be reviewed against the real operation.
01The platform and shops
Will Engineer operates Will Pay and its official shop. Third-party shops have their own owners, identified in the offer and delivery. Will Pay organizes the catalog, orders, records, and platform support; the shop is responsible for its product, offer, customer service, and applicable obligations.
02Account and responsible use
Use a valid Discord account, provide accurate information, and follow applicable Discord rules and minimum age. Do not publish illegal content, malicious files, unauthorized products, misleading information, or offers that infringe third-party rights. Suspected fraud, abuse, or risk may lead to review, removal, or restriction.
03Purchase and payment
Price, content, timing, requirements, and delivery follow the offer. Payment follows the provider or method configured by the shop. Will Pay does not confirm a purchase simply because a link was opened: wait for approval in Purchases.
Provider fees, taxes, and each operation's obligations are not Will Pay commission. Pending orders may expire without payment; cancelling a pending order differs from requesting a refund for a paid purchase.
04Delivery and assistance
Delivery depends on the product, payment confirmation, and stated requirements. Purchases is the main access point; private messages depend on Discord availability and permissions. Keep your order number when requesting help.
05Cancellation, refunds, and rights
For paid purchases, use the support shown in the offer or order to request correction, cancellation, or a refund. Applicable consumer rights are preserved, including withdrawal rights for distance purchases where applicable. Shops must state their conditions clearly and cannot use digital access to remove rights preserved by law.
06Shops, plans, and promotion
Sellers must keep contact, support, availability, and delivery information accurate. Plan limits, price, and duration appear before purchase. Promotions are labeled and do not guarantee sales. Verification refers to internal identification by Will Engineer, not certification by Discord.
07Affiliates and commissions
Each shop defines eligible products, commission, timing, reversals, and payment method. A confirmed sale may create a commission record under those rules. The seller pays the affiliate through the agreed method; Will Pay organizes records and routes disputes for review without holding third-party funds.
08Availability and changes
Operation also depends on Discord, payment providers, and external services. Material changes to these conditions will be identified here. Existing offers and purchases preserve the rights and conditions shown at the time of purchase where applicable.

Privacy policy
Will Engineer processes the data needed to operate Will Pay, recognize your account, and organize shops, purchases, delivery, and support. Discord, shops, and payment providers also process data in their own activities.
01Data used
Data may include Discord account ID, name, avatar, and language; shops, support servers, products, carts, orders, delivery, reviews, and affiliate records. Forms may include contact details, requirements, and service availability. Withdrawals may use commission data, Pix keys, and receipts.
02Purposes and access
Data supports purchases and services, payment verification, delivery, assistance, measurement, and fraud prevention. The platform relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate security interests, and consent where required. Shops receive the information needed to fulfill orders under their responsibility.
03External services
Authentication and installation occur on Discord; payments use the shop's method. Necessary data may be shared with these services and platform infrastructure providers. External links and downloads have their own conditions. Never send passwords, tokens, or full card details through support.
04Storage and protection
Preferences and session information may be stored in your browser to maintain access and navigation. Purchase, support, and security records are retained as needed for their purposes and applicable obligations. Access is limited by role; no protection eliminates every risk.
05Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, sharing information, or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent through Will Pay support or the official Will Engineer server. We may verify identity before handling personal-data requests; records subject to legal obligations may need to be retained.
