Will Engineer operates Will Pay and its official shop. Other shops have their own owners, identified in the offer and delivery. Will Pay organizes the catalog, orders, and support; sellers must fulfill their offers without excluding the platform's legal responsibilities.

Use a valid Discord account, provide accurate information, and follow Discord rules and minimum age. Do not publish illegal content, malicious files, products you are not authorized to sell, or misleading information. Suspected fraud or abuse may lead to restrictions and support review.

Price, content, timing, requirements, and delivery follow the offer. Payment is processed by the provider connected to the shop. Generating a link does not confirm payment: wait for approval in Purchases before considering access released.

Buyers can cancel pending orders, which expire after 40 minutes without payment. Cancelling a pending order differs from requesting a refund for a paid purchase.

Delivery depends on the product, payment confirmation, and stated requirements. Purchases is the main access point; private messages depend on Discord availability and permissions. Keep your order number when requesting help.

For paid purchases, request cancellation, correction, or a refund through support with your order details. Applicable consumer rights are preserved, including withdrawal rights for distance purchases where applicable. Accessing a file does not automatically remove those rights.

Sellers must keep contact, support, availability, and delivery information accurate. Limits depend on the active plan; pricing and duration appear before purchase. Promotions are labeled and do not guarantee sales. Verification refers to internal identification by Will Engineer, not certification by Discord.

Affiliation conditions depend on the shop and product. Commission credits are recorded at 1 credit per BRL 1 and depend on sale confirmation and conditions. The seller pays withdrawals through Pix and attaches proof; the affiliate confirms receipt. Disputes are sent to platform support for review.

Operation also depends on Discord and payment providers. Report issues through the official server. Material changes to these conditions will be identified here, preserving rights and existing offers.

Data may include Discord account ID, name, avatar, and language; shops, support servers, products, carts, saved items, orders, and reviews. Forms may request contact information and availability for services. Affiliations and withdrawals use commission records, Pix keys, and payment receipts.

Data supports purchases and services, payment verification, delivery, assistance, and fraud prevention. The platform relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate security interests, and consent where required. Sellers receive the information necessary to fulfill their shop's orders.

Authentication and installation occur on Discord; payments use the shop's provider. Necessary information may be shared with these services and the platform's infrastructure providers. External links and downloads have their own conditions. Do not send passwords, tokens, or full card details through support.

Preferences and session information may be stored in your browser to maintain access and navigation. Purchase, support, and security records are retained as necessary for their purposes and applicable obligations. Access is limited by platform roles; no protection eliminates every risk.

Request access, correction, sharing information, or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent through Will Pay support or the official Will Engineer server. We may verify identity before handling personal data requests. Records subject to legal obligations may need to be retained.
